Construction Site Aerial PhotographyConstruction Site Aerial Photography using drones allows you to capture each stage of development, from foundations, initial digs through to completion. The benefits of using a construction drone photographer are becoming more common within the construction industry, our team can work around operations to produce images and videos of areas that need attention or monitoring. Each of our pilots is CAA approved and are experienced in working on construction sites nationwide. Working together with our construction clients we soon understand the requirements and how aerial photography can benefit a project. A recent example of our work was monitoring the progress of a build from first dig through to hand-over, monthly visits capturing the same angle of the site allowed ground teams to update the client. Site Progress Aerial PhotographySite progress photography is easily achievable with the use of a drone on multiple visits. Drones provide a birds-eye view of ongoing work from start to finish, allowing you to report back to clients on schedules of work.

Drone technology use can heavily improve the current fatality/injury statistics. Currently, 30 % of all fatalities within the workplace are due to falls from height, with 57 % being weighted towards serious injury from slips, trips and falls. We aim to help bring down these numbers by avoiding the requirement for manned visual inspection in the first instance. UAV technology can provide a cost-effective safer solution towards your maintenance routines.
Visual inspection is a time-consuming process and can be extensive, eating into the company’s profit margins, especially when an asset has to be isolated for long periods of time whilst access methods are constructed and then allowing for the assigned inspection team to carry out their work.
Our UAV technology are capable of covering ground a great deal faster than traditional methods and can be off the ground within minutes of arriving on site. The inspection process can then be completed the same day, generally not requiring any prolonged shutdown or isolation requirements.
Non-productive time is an obvious cause for concern during projects and can run into huge loss of revenue. When the reason for NPT is due to regular visual inspection, the maintenance budget becomes colossal. Our drone technology can be used to reduce the requirement for excessive NPT allowing you to better assign costs elsewhere.
With all of the above concerns detailed the obvious outcome to emerge is the massive cost reduction in general. This is especially the case when the inspection is part of a preventative maintenance routine. Our unmanned aerial systems (sUAS) are well suited for this purpose.
